Curiosity

Being curious starts with us being in wonder, like a child following a butterfly in nature. The child is not concerned with where it is going, it is taken by the beauty and the mystery of the butterfly. Curiosity is a pause from the overthinking that can sometimes happen when we go through challenging times. But when we give things time and space, something new can come in that we had not considered before.

There is no effort in curiosity, it is a restful place to be when you are needing to know and the knowledge is not coming to you. One simple way to give curiosity time and space is to sit on your porch with a cup of tea and just ponder. It is a way you could move into the space of wonder and curiosity, and it could be a practice for you to become familiar with curiosity.

The yes for life comes with vulnerability and surrender
